HDCF-4810 Battery Discharge and Charge Tester
General information
Battery Discharge Charge Tester is mainly used for the charge test of the lead-acid battery of the backup power supply in the telecommunications, mobile, substation, railway transportation and pertrochemical industry power DC industries. It can proceed the discharge and charge for the batteries to extend the lift-time .
Features
1.PTC ceramic resistor is adopted to avoid the red heat phenomenon for a safer discharge process .
2.Cell monitoring module is performed the voltage commission by remote radio wireless communication mode, it can set up to four unique frequency brands, which can simultaneously transmit data of four monitoring systems at the same area without interfere and channeling .
3.Wireless acquisition box can monitor each cell for monitoring the whole process of battery series . There are three data monitoring methods as follows:
1)Data transmission between cell monitoring module and charge discharge main unit
2)Data transmission between cell monitoring module and USB wireless terminal
3)Data transmission among cell monitoring module, charge discharge main unit and USB wireless terminal .
4.Each tester can monitor 25 cell monitoring mode , every cell monitoring mode can connect 12 battery ,monitoring in total of 300 battery. The tester can automatically display battery series number and voltage value of highest 6 batteries and lowest 6 batteries in different color on the screen.
5.Cell voltage value can be displayed by sliding table and sliding bar chart and searched by two data .
6.PC software can record and analyze total voltage, discharge current ,cell voltage and other data , generate the data report . it can virtually reflect battery serious performance curve, diagram and report for printing and searching .
7. Connected with USB interface,the data of the discharge process can be record to U disk and transformed to PC by U disk . PC data manage software can analyze the discharge process and generate the corresponding data for more convenient storage .
8.Intelligent SCM ARM control, 7inch 1024*600 LCD screen , capacitive touch operation, built in English menu, simple and clear operation menu.
9.Automatic self-protection stop function, over-heat protection ,over voltage protection , over current protection and reverse connection protection , alarm prompt is displayed on the screen once it appears any issue, air circuit breaker automatically cut off .
10.It can set charge/discharge termination condition including cell low voltage,whole group voltage low/high, charge current low, charge/discharge time , charge/discharge capacity .When any condition can be met, the instrument can stop automatically testing with buzz sound and record the stop reason at the same time.
11. It can perform on-line compensated charge/discharge, and can also carry on discharge test for on-line working storage battery by connection external current clamp sensor,which is convenient for measurement work. The function is suitable for only single set of backup battery .
12. RS485 remote control charge , discharge and activation functions .
13. It has the function of charge, discharge and activation with muti machine parallel mode by only operating in the display screen of the parallel instrument with parameters as the master. The instrument with parameters as the slave can automatically follow the master's instructions to distribute power evenly, and start or stop operation.
